Bulk orders
Bulk shipping timelines depend on product line, quantity, delivery location, packaging requirements, and custom branding. Confirmed delivery terms are included in each quotation.
Damaged shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged, contact ORYZIVA with order details and clear photographs of the packaging and affected product.
Returns
Returns for food-contact products are evaluated case by case. Opened or used product may not be eligible for return unless the issue relates to documented product quality.
